Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
