Unresponsive agent. I sent Bernie a question through MLS for a listing on Merton St that he had listed on MLS, he didn't even respond. I was looking for something within a week, so it would have been a quick sale. If I were the owner I would be upset to know that my agent is ignoring inquiries about my property.
