As soon as I said that I work for a company and I’m ordering a cake for a guest, her tone completely changed. She said, “Yeah. What do you want?” In the most monotone and condescending tone. I ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday & had her friend pick them up since we live out of town. Not only were they beautiful, but my daughter & her friends loved them! Thank you Bernice’s for making this happen, and thank you for your great customer service. We’ll visit next time we’re in town!

Stopped in for a croissant and it was the WORST expression of this pastry I’ve ever had. Just a triangle of dough rolled too look like a crescent, thick, dense, instead of layers of flaky buttery pastry. Costco croissant or even Pillsbury crescent rolls would beat this. There’s a place nearby I know I’ll check out to find the real deal.
