The best little bakery! I've ordered several cakes from here for special occasions and the staff is always so accommodating and professional and organized. The cakes are such a beautiful balance of flavors and they're always the perfect consistency. Of you have an idea of what you want, Bernice's will deliver AND give you their best suggestion based on their experience. Love them!

Gillian or whatever her name is, RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE conversation I’ve ever had on the phone. As soon as I said that I work for a company and I’m ordering a cake for a guest, her tone completely changed. She said, “Yeah. What do you want?” In the most monotone and condescending tone. When I asked for a comma after “Happy Birthday,” she questioned me and told me that “it’s gonna look weird.” I was simply trying to practice proper grammar when addressing a person in a message. I ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday & had her friend pick them up since we live out of town. Not only were they beautiful, but my daughter & her friends loved them! Thank you Bernice’s for making this happen, and thank you for your great customer service. We’ll visit next time we’re in town!

Best bakery in town, great coffee and wonderful people
Stopped in for a croissant and it was the WORST expression of this pastry I’ve ever had. Just a triangle of dough rolled too look like a crescent, thick, dense, instead of layers of flaky buttery pastry. Costco croissant or even Pillsbury crescent rolls would beat this. There’s a place nearby I know I’ll check out to find the real deal.
Delicious treats and coffee, and the atmosphere is quite cozy! It’s a tradition to stop here every time we are in Missoula!
