Had a hip replacement with Dr Berni. Great result. Will have him do the other hip when it goes bad on me. No fluff. Facts and full detailed explanation of the procedure and follow up treatment.
Dr. Berni is awesome! He listens and doesn't rush you. He explains everything and gives you all of your options. I needed a total knee replacement. He let me chose trying shots first but explained that I would eventually need it replaced. He didn't pressure me into surgery like some doctors. His staff is excellent! Angie remembers you and asks about your family. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Berni to everyone!
Dr Berni has been my orthopedic doctor for over eight years. He has treated me for pain in various joints, due to osteoarthritis. He patiently listens to my ailments, then explores the best options for treatment. Recently I required total knee replacement surgery, and he did a world-class job for me. At 6 weeks post op, I am walking normally and, except for a little lingering discomfort at night, I am pain-free. Wendy and Angie (office) are great too. Note: do pre-and post operative exercises!
Trust him completely. I’ve had both knees replaced by him with remarkable results. He is not only an excellent surgeon but is compassionate and listens to you. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Bernie explained the specific process he uses in the hip replacement to get the patient up and moving and then back to normal living during my first meeting. Surgery was performed and after 6 months I can say that I am back to life full time. Walking, climbing stairs and getting in and out of a vehicle is no issue at all. The cane that I had used for well over two years is hidden away and no longer used. Getting up and moving is now enjoyable rather than the anticipation of pain.
Did a knee replacement and 2 Carpal Tunnel surgery, awesome!!!!!!!
