I would not recommend Nathan. He did an appraisal for our trust. The appraisal he did was lacking in detail and I believed to be sloppy. The map page he used for the property had the map page for another property in another city. I had another appraisal done due to the errors. The appraisal Nathan did was 17 pages. The appraisal done by the second appraiser was 29 pages. Again, I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough appraisal.

Unfortunately, I am afraid this is a scam company. I met with Nathan, he walked through my house and took some photos and walked around the outside taking photos. I made the mistake of paying him prior to receiving my appraisal as he seemed legit as did his website. However, I never received my appraisal, I have not received any response to my emails, text or phone calls. He has disappeared with my money and provided nothing.

I am out of state and he helped facilitate the appraisal from start to finish. I followed up with a question almost a year later and he was there for me again. Great service.

Mr. Bernhardt failed to meet deadlines on multiple occasions yielding different excuses each time. Eventually he stopped all communications and did not complete the job. He also took half payment up front and will not refund money. Update: Mr. Bernhardt subsequently reached out to me and resolved the situation and apologized.
