Unfortunately, I am afraid this is a scam company. I met with Nathan, he walked through my house and took some photos and walked around the outside taking photos. I made the mistake of paying him prior to receiving my appraisal as he seemed legit as did his website. However, I never received my appraisal, I have not received any response to my emails, text or phone calls. He has disappeared with my money and provided nothing.

I am out of state and he helped facilitate the appraisal from start to finish. I followed up with a question almost a year later and he was there for me again. Great service.

Mr. Bernhardt failed to meet deadlines on multiple occasions yielding different excuses each time. Eventually he stopped all communications and did not complete the job. He also took half payment up front and will not refund money. Update: Mr. Bernhardt subsequently reached out to me and resolved the situation and apologized.

I hired Nathan Bernhardt for a divorce appraisal. He came to my house and seemed thorough in walking through as well as listening to our history with the property. He graciously promised the appraisal for the following Friday. When we failed to hear from him I waited until the middle of the following week to contact him.
