They worked on my 2011 BMW X5 and it broke down a week after the repair. Spent over 2700 dollars took it to the BMW dealer in Bridewater Nj and found they did not tell me a cowl in the hood was broken so the spark plug and coils just replaced were ruined. It cost me another 3100 dollars and the dealer to have the truck repaired. Contacted Bernhards and my calls go ignored sent emails and the owner is not responsive. I would not trust these people with my worst enemies car. Horrible service and was a very costly lesson for me... read more
Has been good service for the last 3 years-ish; until last attempt to schedule a service, at this point I'm not certainly sure that I will ever go back.
