Dr B has always been precise and detailed when it comes to his work. He cares about people you are not just a patient.
I visited Dr. Dunson several times in 2019 and was overall very dissatisfied with my experience. Please look elsewhere for a dentist! I witnessed multiple times where Dr. Dunson would disrespect his staff and treat them in a condescending manner which was very frustrating to see. Dr Benson and his team are the consummate professionals. The office staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond in every situation. The office is inviting, modern and extremely high tech located in a very convenient location. Dr. Benson is extremely nice, always explains exactly what he is doing and why and makes sure that he is always up on the latest and greatest procedures in dentistry. The staff there were very accommodating lots of energy and pleasant. I am going to recommend Dr Dunson to everyone I know. I also like to mention that when I called to schedule an appointment I spoke with Tiffany and as I was explaining what I needed it was like she actually felt my pain and at that moment I knew if I got an appointment with Dr Dunson I would be in good hands Tiffany was so accommodating she even let me know if I could get to Stone Mountain they would see me. I absolutely love Dunson Dental Design. Dr. Dunson is a skilled expert at dentistry. He is so attentive to the needs of his patients. The staff is warm and welcoming from the moment you enter the office until checkout. The only dentist office in Atlanta for me.
I came to Dr Dunson with a number of issues due to poor dental care available in Jamaica. Over time his team have addressed all my issues. Root canal, caps and other major treatments were handled efficiently and effectively and I had no issues whatsoever. I routinely recommend Bernee and his team to anyone looking for top notch dental care both regular maintenance and cosmetic.
