Absolutely atrocious customer service! They were hired to do snow removal for my mother in law and of course we had our first big snow last Saturday/Sunday. They came by in the middle of the night and did one single pass after it had snowed maybe an inch. We figured ok maybe they would be back again later to do a better clean up like many companies do.
