What a fantastic night we had at Bernards. We came in last night for Valentine's Day. Yes we made a reservation probably a week and a half early. We arrived a few minutes early and did have to wait but no more than 20-30 minutes. Our waitress was very courteous and made sure we were well taken care of. The appetizers were so good. This being our 2nd attempt to have our valentine dinner at Bernard's...we made reservations both times to still wait over an hour to get seated. Our reservations tonight were at 7. When I saw that they were seating people who had reservations at 7:30, I brought it to their attention...this was at 7:30...at 8:00 I had enough. I asked the hostess why we kept getting passed and she offered to get the owner. He was polite and offered to buy our dinner, but there was no way I was going to spend another minute there.
