Parts and service has very knowledgeable people behind the counters. Have always been top notch service in both areas since I've been bringing my trucks in for service or parts since my first ram in 2000.

My wife and I were recently in the market for a "new" used vehicle. We had looked online and found a couple that we liked on the Bernard's website. We couldn't have had a better truck buying experience then we did at Bernard's. Kind and knowledgeable staff did not pressure. Only asked straight forward questions as to what we were looking for, then gave us the time and space to discuss our options. Buying almost seemed to easy. We kept waiting for the surprise fees, but from start to finish it was what they said it was, no surprises. Thank you, we will be back next year when ready to buy again!!
