We feel very fortunate to live in this apartment and to have met Chris. Whenever we encounter any issues, he always comes right away to help us, which makes living here very smooth and comfortable. Therefore, we hope this review can express our sincere appreciation.
Francis was extremely helpful to me! He was very knowledgeable and accessible. He answered all questions and gave me very easy-to-understand instructions as appropriate in a very professional, friendly and courteous manner. Francis is definitely a credit to the Bernardo Crest Apartments. We are looking forward to residing here.
Moving into this complex has been a breeze. Francis has been amazing with answering all my questions. Chris has been wonderful with maintenance fixing things here and there. Ana and Hetti have also been so informative and available for anything.
I wanna know how you expect people to lease when you don’t answer phones ever?
First, I want to say that Dylan C. is a life saver. He is very polite and professional and went above and beyond to assist me at a totally different apartment complex (owned by the same people, I’m guessing). Within an hour of me panicking that my door wouldn’t close or lock, he arrived and figured out the issue. A few minutes later, my door was fixed better than when I moved in! Thanks for helping me feel safe in my home again, Dylan!
