We’ve had a great experience living here so far. The leasing team has been very helpful and responsive, especially Francis, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout the process. Really appreciate his professionalism and support—it made everything smooth and stress-free.
Most unprofessional apartment community to communicate with. They obviously must not need to rent their vacant apartments! They sure do not make it easy to tour. Where is the leasing office and staff?!?! Make an appointment, show up to have it be cancelled.
Talk about complicated. Came to the property to see about a walk in tour and couldn’t find the leasing office, as there are signs on the property to tour but no signs for a leasing office. The building you would have thought is the office, they have a sign saying it’s not. They do not make it easy to tour or rent!! So I then go online and scheduled a self guided tour for the first available appointment, an hour later… received a confirmation email and text. Went and drove around and came back. Nice amenities and friendly staff until you have a problem they don’t feel like solving. We were assigned a ridiculously narrow covered parking space, completely unusable for our SUV. After multiple attempts to explain the issue, we were told to either pay $15/month for an uncovered open spot or go find street parking. In other words: pay more, lose coverage, and it’s still your problem. We weren’t asking for anything extra, just a usable space like other tenants clearly have.
