I scheduled a tour with Bernardo Crest a week and half before my tour date & received multiple confirmations. The day before late in the day (5:30PM) I missed a call from Eddie. The VM left was to be aware not all the units had washer and dryers in them and to call back. There was no mention that my tour was going to be cancelled. Me and my family moved in here a few months ago, and we love the location and how on top of the facilities they are, specifically the maintenance department, when it came to addressing some of our issues. Chris is an excellent resource and has helped us dial in any issues that arise with professionalism, was anttentive to our needs and at a time that works for us. Overall a really positive environment for a family.

We moved into Bernardo Crest at the beginning of October 2025 and within 3 weeks noticed a leak coming from our water heater. Water was getting everywhere. We had to leave messages on the recording as I later found out all staff were in a meeting during the time I had initially called. I was panicking , decided to drive around the complex in hopes of finding a maintenance worker to assist me. All the workers here are so wonderfully nice.
