I purchased a Volvo XC60 from Chris D and a Volvo XC40 from Paul T. I cannot emphasize enough how knowledgeable and friendly he was. Chris and Paul went above and beyond in answering multiple questions and even offered to reach out to Volvo’s engineer contacts on some highly technical questions. Very reputable and high level of customer service and support! Each time I take my car there, sometimes without having made an appointment bc something pops up unexpectedly like tire pressure that needs attention, they take me immediately and are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It’s incredibly easy to end up paying thousands of dollars for simple oil changes and a few minor services. Replacing any part is priced as if it were made of gold. On top of that, they sometimes disconnect hoses while working and then ask for extra money (hundreds of dollars) to fix the issue caused by their own mistake, instead of apologizing.
