Working with Chris was terrific! He was extremely knowledgeable, responsible and attuned to helping me feel comfortable about the entire process of buying and learning about my new car. He made this potentially difficult experience great.
Extremely disappointing car buying experience. This dealership’s slogan should be, “Bernardi for No Life, Bernardi for Never.” They refused to work with me on a used car, only to lower the price a week later—after I had already purchased the exact same vehicle elsewhere in New Hampshire. The lack of flexibility and customer consideration makes no sense. Based on this experience, I would not recommend bringing your business to this dealership.
Working with Paul Tallino is an absolute treat and a sincere pleasure! When leasing a vehicle, I find of the utmost importance to work with someone who listens/reads my messages/understands/among other, any of my questions… and this is Paul! He certainly represents the Volvo brand quite well… he’s the reason why we work at this dealership:)
