Very reputable and high level of customer service and support! Each time I take my car there, sometimes without having made an appointment bc something pops up unexpectedly like tire pressure that needs attention, they take me immediately and are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It’s incredibly easy to end up paying thousands of dollars for simple oil changes and a few minor services. Replacing any part is priced as if it were made of gold. On top of that, they sometimes disconnect hoses while working and then ask for extra money (hundreds of dollars) to fix the issue caused by their own mistake, instead of apologizing.
The Bernardi Volvo has been an excellent place in purchasing and servicing the Volvo for us. We purchased EX90 from them last April. And later we bought in the car for minor checkups, and lately for a major VCU upgrade. Amanda in service department has been extremely courteous and helpful, she always call/text prior to the appointments, and make sure whether you need to wait for the service or having a loaner car ready.
