We bought a car there in 2022, and I would still give this dealership negative stars if I could. The salesman we had was trying his best, but everyone else there is incompetent. I had to prove there were manufacturer discounts and that they were offering special financing, and even then I was told they wouldn't honor that deal. Be aware of the tactics these dealers use. I saw a car listed online and called the dealer a day before my visit, just before they closed at around 6 o’clock. I spoke with a salesperson who assured me the car was available. I even asked them to double-check before I made the trip since I live an hour away. Guess what? I arrived for my appointment at 10 AM, and just five minutes before, the person I was supposed to meet informed me that the car had been sold. I purchased a Volvo XC60 from Chris D and I cannot emphasize enough how knowledgeable and friendly he was. Chris went above and beyond in answering multiple questions and even offered to reach out to Volvo’s engineer contacts on some highly technical questions. I was originally looking to buy a new X3, but Chris was able to get me a better deal than BMW and also Bernardi Volvo was much more competitive. Thank you so much for the reminder this morning, except to call us ten minutes later to say someone secured the vehicle yesterday. Totally understand getting the sale, first come first serve- but knowing someone secured it YESTERDAY- why send the reminder at all this morning- but also, as a reputable business, why couldn’t you have had the decency to let us know that yesterday, and certainly not send a reminder appointment email? Thanks a lot.
