I was excited to use Bernardi parts as I heard good things about them. I put in an order for “Japan” filters, they were more money and that’s what I wanted. They shipped USA filters, with the note that they can ship either one due to availability. That shouldn’t even be an option. What’s the point of ordering a specific part just to be sent something else. I ordered my Honda Accord parts and not only were they delivered quickly, they fit exactly and were perfectly aligned with their description on the website. Additionally, I did a request for availability of another part and they responded within 6 working hours on their inventory. My experience with this company was not good, I was attracted to this website because they offered free shipping, which ended up not being free and that was the reason they canceled my order; I see this as poor organization an lack of management on the part of transparency, if i knew that shipping charge is necessary i wouldn't attempt to buy the part in first place; I was inconvenienced, my money was held up in a refund cycle and when I tried calling them, they picked up the phone and hung up on me, that was very rude; I bo... read more
