One star cause there isn't a no star. Beware of this companies return policy. They try and find ways to keep money and abuse and attack customers. They don't follow their own policy. They throw parts in with other parts that are boxed in very large boxes then complain that small parts aren't returned in Honda boxes. When they open boxes and throw other parts in the box then the box is not new and sealed which makes them used parts.
