I ordered some Acura parts from the Bernardi website. Three days later, after charging my credit card, they emailed me to say that the wholesale price had gone up by 36% and refused to honor the online retail price in my order. A reputable dealer would have honored the numbers posted on their website and set forth in the order confirmation and invoice.
I've had good experiences with them so far. Bought a new vehicle back in March which was an adventure given the current state of the economy and supply chain. All in all it was positive. I just completed my first maintenance visit there and I had a concern about a squeak coming from the rear of the vehicle. They acknowledged the noise and investigated to find no obvious trouble.
