Absolutely horrible receptionist I don't know what her name is, I don't care what her name is. She is rude, unprofessional and she lies about what she's going to do for you. I've been waiting two weeks for a prescription and these people act like that they can't take 5 minutes out of their day to send in a prior authorization for this medication. Dr Rerri is great and very understanding. He listens to what you have to say and I would refer people to him. The office staff is ok but the one that is at the front desk can be kinda rude . I just let it go because Dr Rerri is a great dr.
My son had a right knee replacement. He stayed overnight and sent home the next morning with no orders for at home physical therapy, medical equipment, or sending him to inpatient physical therapy. We were told that he would be taken care of but after 3 days, he contacted his primary care who immediately order in home therapy, walker, meds, inst
This Surgeon has no sterile equipment in his office for suture or staple remover, he does not even have the equipment that utilizes to make the equipment sterile. This Surgeon is also known for not paying his staff or partners. He accepts insurance claims for treatment and falsified documents to obtain additional funds. .
No one is answers the phone at all how you supposed to make a appointment I cannot believe how rude this doctors office is to you on the phone very disrespectful
