I have used Bernard Movers twice and also recommended them for my brother's move last week. In all three instances; their movers were prompt, effecient and hard working. I was promised three men for each job, and actually had four for one without incurring any additional charges. They also completed my move from the southwest suburbs into a 3 story row home in the city in approximately 5 hours...and that is including the driving time!!! I recently used Bernard Movers and had a great experience! The movers were fast and friendly. The move was inexpensive and well worth the money! I would definitely use Bernard Movers again!
I have used Bernard Movers on several occassions, without any major problems. The workers were imaginative and creative on how to move the furniture without damaging it or the property. I was amazed and thankful.
The movers were not considerate of furniture, causing many scratches on the furniture. They did apologize and said they would follow through first thing the next morning, but they did not. I feel that when you say your going to follow through you do and should do everything in your power to make it right. They need to improve on their customer service skills.
