I’ve waited a month after sending my information over for a new patient appointment and it’s been crickets since. Take your business elsewhere the office staff is incompetent.

This office is a mess. I waited nearly two months for an appointment to see this doctor for an annual exam. Once there, I was met with a woman at the front desk who does not understand how to use a computer. Once the paperwork with her was settled I waited almost an hour after my appointment start time just to be seen (I think I’d like to bill this office my hourly rate for wasting my time.)
