Rude and disrespectful. From the way they answer to when they hang up.
I was in a terrible accident and needed legal help. I was introduced to this law firm and I can’t say enough about how amazing they are. They care about me, I get a phone call every week to check in or a card to wish me well after surgery and it’s all very genuine. This law firm is full of a bunch of good people who really just want to take care of their clients and that’s rare these days.
