I would give him a Zero star review, but the minimum is 1 star! I never got in so much as two sentences with the guy, and his P.A. Batiste is useless. They both are arrogant, condescending, without compassion, sadistic, and uncaring. I would not recommend anyone in that office except Lyle, even then it's a crapshoot.
