Older doctor just looked at body. No special glasses or anything. I could have done that at home. Paid 60. And that was suppose to be 20% Can not imagine what they are charging for office visit. What a joke. Can't wait to see what insurance was charged.
Cancer is a very serious issue, while Dr. Bernard preformed the medical procedure he was all jokes and laughing very unprofessional made me not feel comfortable right off the bat. He also uses a lot of medical terms that the general public can not understand.I had a growth removed and a biopsy sent out. Paid in full at office, for 5 months no follow up calls nothing in the mail NOTHING. Then I receive a Bill for the lab results. I have gone to this office for years now. I have seen both Dr's.. Jacklyn is the one I see the most. The first time I did see her, I must admit that I was put off initially. But she has grown on me. Sometimes it just takes time to become comfortable with some people. I do feel that she is informed and knows her stuff. She has become much more personable with me as well. I continue to go here and am pleased with the care that I do get here. Dr. Bernard is very kind and disarming as he is elderly. Overall... it is a good offic... read more
