First time visiting this office and let me tell you... this doctor is top notch #1 in my book! I gave my sister and friends their office card! I love this place and I was very nervous about getting my teeth worked on but the doctor took good care of me along with his assistant!!
Would definitely not recommend this dentist. They messed up one of my tooth and the whole process was uncomfortable just by the way they were speaking to me. As an African American. Also I had to go to another dentist to fix their mess up but ofcourse this dentist is not sending them the correct paperwork so now theirs a hold up just because this dentist doesn’t wanna follow protocol. If your smart you would know they choose they or own kind first.
I was very hesitant to write this review, but the interaction has stayed with me and is ultimately the reason I will not be returning. During my routine annual cleaning, the hygienist asked me—in the middle of conversation—whether me and my “baby daddy” were still together. She did not say “child’s father,” “partner,” or any respectful equivalent. The choice of wording was completely inappropriate and made me instantly uncomfortable. Dr.Genet is amazing. So is Marie. I was so scared coming in. Got my wisdom tooth removed. She held my hand during the process 😂 She’s got the motherly touch and Dr.G has that magic touch. I felt safe and secure. I highly recommend coming here.
