My mother in law stays here and I think it’s horrible how they only have one cart for the disabled elderly residents to use to put there groceries in to bring up , one elevator that works , and the front desk person doesn’t even ask all the visitors to sign in .
The new manager as of last July 2021 has been very rude, nasty, and has a problem with people living with physical disabilities that she does not understand. She creates a hostile living environment for residents with physical disabilities.
I resign here and my some think this is a nice to live each 5 floor,s and is well keep up inside and outside
This is a nice place to live located in Baltimore City it is like living in the country nice and peacefully
