Dr kana is amazing, im extremely comfortable with her work with my daughter. She cares a lot for her kids she works with. The closest person to family honestly…. Thank you for dr.kana for caring about my daughter!!!!!!
My children are patients here purely out of necessity for care and the fact all of the reputable pediatrician offices are not taking new patients currently. The second I’m moved from an waitlist & can obtain care elsewhere, we’ll be gone. The front end staff is nothing short of incompetent. They’ve lost signed paperwork I’ve submitted, failed to obtain prior records before our visits (despite me proactively submitting releases months in advance, I’ve had to resubmit insurance info multiple times— consistently wasting my time... read more
We were seeing a pediatrician in Glastonbury which we loved, but switched to Pediatric Associates of New London to be closer to home. We have officially switched back to our former pediatrician, I’d rather drive the hour than have to deal with the subpar care of PANL. First they had the physical copy of my newborns discharge papers from the hospital, I even watched them scan them in, but they still kept asking me for them, and never sent them to our new/former pediatrician.
