Bike stolen, elevator unreliable, obnoxious emails from the property managers about packages, 3-4 property managers during our 2 year tenure, rude and obnoxious neighbors (blast music during quiet hours, smoke cigarettes on their patios, leave garbage and their personal belongings blocking anyone who needs to access the hallway, and pets that are loud and left overnight for days on end), very thin walls, unsecured parking garage that costs $150 per month, consistent headaches getting into and out of th... read more

It's frustrating to get no response to yet another theft in our apartment complex within just two weeks, and it is disheartening to see that no actions have been taken by the management to address this concerning issue. The recent theft incidents have left me feeling extremely unsafe in what is supposed to be a secure and comfortable living environment. It is evident that security measures in our apartment complex are lacking, and residents are paying the price for it.
Living at The Bernard Apartment meant not only having my packages stolen but also feeling like my concerns were dismissed and unimportant. The trust I initially had in this complex quickly eroded as I realized that the management's priorities were clearly misplaced. I strongly advise anyone considering moving to Bernard Apartment to think twice before signing a lease.
