The repairs are done as soon as you call. Mike was excellent at fixing 5 things at once in less than 1 hour. Truly worth it living here thanks to how easy they fix things
The tour process was pretty simple. I was able to schedule a self tour guide. Essex property management was able to provide me a code to get into the building and manually unlocked the unit door in order for me to view the place. The unit overall looked pretty nice and could have fit my needs. I did end up going through the application process. I would not live here. Bike stolen, elevator unreliable, obnoxious emails from the property managers about packages, 3-4 property managers during our 2 year tenure, rude and obnoxious neighbors (blast music during quiet hours, smoke cigarettes on their patios, leave garbage and their personal belongings blocking anyone who needs to access the hallway, and pets that are loud and left overnight for days on end), very thin walls, unsecured parking garage that costs $150 per month, consistent headaches getting into and out of th... read more

The thin walls where you can hear neighbors, packages and personal items in the lobby and garage stolen due to lack of cameras made me more frustrated near the end of our lease. Management is only responsible for any concerns inside your unit, and anything outside is subject to interpretation. I give praise to the maintenance team. I personally would warn anyone to stay away.
