First they have a fantastic owner that will bend backwards & more to aid you plus they have great employees to serve you. I think I have only walked in that business once & didn't get a smile & that was damn hot day therefore no problem. If you need a special order Brian will process & follow thru. It's a fantastic place to get your pet supplies.

If you need customer service don't go here. I made a special order, came in after call saying order in. They sold my 5 bag special order to someone else. No sorry. No nothing. Except to say they try again. Lost customer!
