Denise is amazing. As everyone does, I called her in a panic on a Saturday morning after discovering our first lice infestation. She was patient with my daughter who was nervous about all of it, and she is incredibly knowledgable. I left with a good understanding of the entire process and cycle which put my mind at ease. She does clean checks until you are totally clear, which not all other lice removal services do. I called in a panic today (Labor Day of all days) and was still able to seen even on a holiday!! It was so fantastic and thorough. All of my questions were answered, we had such a lovely conversation, and I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend!!
