Was seeing her for 2 years. She doesn't know my diagnosis or anything about me. The staff ghosts you and won't return phone calls. She runs 15 to 30 minutes late to see you for 5 minutes. Does scaling but nothing else. Most unreliable and unprofessional psychiatrist ever!
The absolute worst experience with a psychiatrist. She was extremely dismissive, combative and I felt I got a different version of her each time. This was for my sons and when I would advocate that I didn’t want them seen by a student, she still would have the student there and told me that she goes off vibes and she didn’t like my vibe. As a psychiatrist what are you talking about? I wish I could give 0 stars. Please beware!!
I've had such a wonderful experience with Bernadette. She's extremely good with listening, background, and communication with medication and helping to fix areas of personal mental health that are needing improvement. Highly recommend.

Bernadette charged my card on file, without any authorization, for my balance of $368.14. I was already making payments to try and pay it off, and due to having surgery just a few months prior, things were tight financially. Bernadette knew this, but still charged my card without any warning, approval or authorization by me! Come to find out, she charged other patients’ cards who had balances without their authorization!
