Worst apartment complex to live in Naples Florida I lived here for 2 years and the Leasing office staff and residents they let live here turned this community completely unsafe and trashy. Day 1 of me moving in my AC was completely broken and took them 3 days to fix (mind you I’m on the top floor so it was 90+ degrees) after that I had continuous AC problems every month where it did not work and the workers did not want to fix it. We came to visit my parents this weekend only to discover that the wheel plates on my dad’s car had been stolen. We reported it to the administration, but they simply said there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, this is just one example of how the complex has been declining. Since last year, things have gone from bad to worse. Many residents are moving out because it no longer feels safe to live here. I've been here for about a year, and while the place is clean and mostly quiet, I've never had so much trouble getting my service requests actually completed. AC has gone out twice since staying here, and I've had to open multiple request tickets that almost always get marked "completed" despite no one showing up. The only response I get is when I physically go to the office to figure out why someone closed the ticket. AC is out now, and I submitted a ticket 10 days ago.
