Good location and the handyman’s are good workers but a lot of downsides. 1. they will give you a good deal for the first leasing but when you try to renew they will raise your rent in 25% expecting you to renew since you don’t want to be moving every year. I live in a 1/1 and when a renew the lease I went on the website and they have 2/2 for the same price as my new price 2. I stayed 1 month without washmachine. Third time that the handyman went to my apartment and nothing was done. Office said they ordered a new one but th... read more
The maintenance crew is always polite and friendly. The work orders are completed in a timely manner. The work is done correctly and with no issues whatsoever after it’s completed. Thanks for all you do to keep the grounds looking great.
Amazing location and great costumer service. We had Issac help us get our very first apartment and he was so helpful, friendly, patient and supportive. Really great atmosphere. :)
