Nice pool by the beach with beautiful sunsets. Many pool chairs need repair. Complex is older but relatively well kept. Office staff friendly and helpful. Gated community but security guards only on duty after 5--created challenges getting guest in to visit.
Great place to own a bit of paradise. I have lived and owned here for 20 years. Great place to watch the sunsets from our own private beach!!
Need new property management company. Present company has let place go over the years. Hasn't been very well managed. Now we owners are paying for their negligence.
