Well, I renewed my lease and right after I signed the lease I realized that the quoted rent was over $100 a month higher than the going rate for a vacant unit. I know, I signed the lease so it is on me but what ever happened to taking care of long standing residents who always pay on time. Still a nice apartment and a quiet community but I feel sort of fleeced.
Jacob is always pleasant and very helpful.
