They are the worse customer service.
They're too incompetent to do their jobs. One reefed of alcohol they cussed on the site. Very disrespectful 10/10 would not recommend

Amazing staff who work hard to ensure quality customer experience. As a resident of a neighborhood Berman does security for it’s clear that the staff puts residents first to not only keep us safe but keep us happy as well. Great work Berman
They Hire people who don’t speak English, complain about everything , constantly harassing guest and vendors, tenant. some Muslim guy they have working in the morning is a rude miserable individual who has nothing better to do. They need better training and to worry about things that are more important like the safety and security of the property and not worry about the next person trying to make a living !
