I’ve been going to the salon for years. In the past I have loved the atmosphere and the people there. While Margarita continues to be amazing the room they have transitioned nails into is unacceptable. This space is so small that you have to maneuver around others, it’s neither comfortable for employees or clients. RecommendedI just left and did my usual color that I’ve done for years and years. I’ve always loved all the girls who have styled my hair there. Today I had an assistant, Becca (hope I am spelling her name correctly) do my blowout and she did a fabulous job! I didn’t really inspect it that closely until I got home, but it’s absolutely perfect. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. I went in wanting balayage and Shannon exceeded my expectations! She did such a good job and she was so sweet!
I want to give a huge thank you to this salon for helping fix my hair!! I had a terrible experience at a different salon yesterday and it unfortunately resulted in me losing about 3-4 inches of hair that has taken so long to grow! They were able to get me in quickly, fix the mistake and leave me happier than when I walked in! I have been to Berkshire a number of times for cut and color. I got a massage here with Monica and it was AWESOME! I’ve been super stressed lately and really just wanted to relax. I had the best experience from check in to check out. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others!
Wonderful massage therapy, and fantastic pedicure. Enjoyable extras included in base price that I didn't expect, such as scalp massage and foot paraffin wax.

I had such a positive and pleasant experience at Berkshire today. I went in the get a facial, my first facial, and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend them. Everyone there is so friendly!!!
