My husband and I recently moved from Washington state to Pittsfield Massachusetts. After viewing homes in the area, we signed a contract on the purchase of a home on 3/31/23. Robin Moore was the seller’s realtor which was definitely to our detriment. Closing was to be 4 /26 per the contract. The inspection uncovered some issues but we agreed to proceed with the purchase.
