I’ve lived here for a little over two years now, and what started out as a peaceful, quiet, neighborly community, has turned into a complete joke under Eskay Management. Rules are not enforced or followed. Bugs everywhere no matter how clean your apartment is. Big dogs that owners won’t keep on a leash. No parking! Forget having a parking space if you work 3rd shift or come home late. Noisy kids/people running around the lobby after quiet hours, and no parents/guardians in sight. Constant weed smell.
