I'm a single mother of 4 on a tight budget. I thought I needed a new muffler. 2 local establishments estimated my repair as $300-$400. I called Berkshire Muffler and the estimate (over the phone) was about $100. I dropped off my car. Not 20 minutes later they called and told me I didn't need a new muffler, just to have it reattached! $50 for the repair. I'm still reeling from the fact that I've found an honest repair shop. My car got towed in about 2pm. I didn't have an appointment. Car was ready by 5 pm! Very reasonable pricing!
Had an appointment to get an estimate because the parts were a bit pricey and it was suggested that before I ordered them I should have Berkshire Muffler take a look at it. They took it in as soon as I arrived and told me that the entire job was less than HALF the price of just the parts and could be done in half an hour! Amazing! I will refer anyone and will certainly go back!
Berkshire Muffler is great to deal with, I went in to get an appraisal because I New they closed at noon. Ended up having muffler taken care. Stayed late to fit me in... will definitely go there again.
As always they went out of their way to get the job done! They always take you into the shop and show you exactly what needs to be done.
