Great friendly and reasonably priced service
I was super anxious this morning. Luckily I went to Berkshire Muffler and they fixed my rear brakes and exhaust at less than half of what the dealership was going to charge me and they treated me like a real human being with intelligence and respect, walked me through what was going on, gave me options, explained what the dealership report said and what they found, showed me a part that the dealership said I needed replaced ( most likely on a list for 100,000 miles) that was perfectly fine and didn’t need replacing, and when... read more
