Amazing service! I popped a tire on the way into work and they helped me out, swapped my spare, and then ordered me a new part. Great guys!
Never a issue, never a problem. Jim has called me several times over the years to tell me that the service that I've requested isn't actually necessary. Technicians are well trained. Rarely if ever have I ever had to return. On 2 occasions he has even told me that my issue was due to a failed part that he would cover under warranty when I didn't even remember the first repair! Honesty rules here. Explanations of service performed and how parts work is cheerfully provided when requested.
Brought my 2000 Honda Accord in for brakes and tires. Very nice staff, knowledgeable and accommodating. Car serviced promptly at a reasonable price. Thank you Berkshire Motors. Happy we found a garage nearby!
