Great Company 5 Stars never had an issue in 12 years of doing business with them they stand behind there work.
$70 for an oil change??? Really?? The Honda dealer charges less than $30, and they use synthetic oil too. Clearly, I should have asked how much you charge before I dropped it off. I just assumed it would be comparable (if not cheaper) than the dealer. AND I was charged for 5 quarts, and the car only holds 4...$7.95 a quart? Total rip off. I will not be back. Ever.
Excellent experience. The staff is great. They're very straightforward and honest. Their reputation precedes them. This was my first experience with Berkshire to have work (brakes) done. I was prepared to sit in the shop because I had no other way to go home and get back, but the owner, Jim, brought me home and picked me up when the work was done. I highly recommend Berkshire Motors!
What great guys… Just pulled in they plug the hole in my tire & fill up the others, then sent me on my way no charge! Awesome service. Thank you!!
