I absolutely LOVE renting from Berkshire. Erica has made is such an amazing process and is so understanding about everything. I hope we are able to stay with Berkshire for a long time! The homes are beautiful and well kept. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!!!
I rent a home from Berkshire Management and so far it's been a really easy process. Not only do they have BEAUTIFUL homes at a decent price but Christie was great at handling everything and made it super easy. From the application being all online and communication through email. This is by far the best Management company I've ever dealt with. I hope to stay with them for the long term as so far they've been so compliant and taken such good care of us. Thank you!
