Very nice building! So clean, well maintained and staff so friendly. Adam from leasing office has been so helpful from the first moment, professional, welcoming and answered to all of our questions. I just signed my lease here and the entire process was incredibly smooth, largely thanks to Adam. If you are looking for a great place to live with a leasing team that actually cares, I highly recommend checking out Berkshire K2LA.

Writing this review as I prepare to move out. After living at K2LA for a little over two years, I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a modern apartment with a true city feel. I moved here all the way from the East Coast without ever seeing the property in person, and the entire K2LA team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. No longer has concierge or front desk, just a security guard that walks around at nights and weekends) . Motel vibes now with a security guard instead of concierge, but luxury prices.
Had a pretty positive experience during my stay at K2LA. Here are some pros and cons for your reference. Pros: - Management and maintenance are responsive and helpful. - The area is pretty quiet compared to the rest of Ktown. There are constructions around the building, but the noise is not too disruptive. - Common areas are clean and well maintained. - Utilities charges are reasonable for a RUBS billing system, electricity is paid directly to LADWP so no ridiculous prices.
