Lived there for two hears from 2023-2025, probably the best living experience I've had in LA since I've been here (7 yrs)! The appliances in the apartment and the living space are modern, and the amenities are great (made a lot of use of the gym, the pool table in the lounge and handy guest parking). The new patio furniture on the roof is so dope! Whoever put that up needs a raise!
Toured the building the other day and got shown around by Bianca. She was warm, helpful, and made the whole thing feel low pressure in a good way. First thing I noticed was how clean everything was. Like… unusually clean for a place with that many amenities. Pool looked inviting. Gym had actual useful equipment (not just sad dumbbells in a closet). This was my first apartment, and it has been a wonderful place to live. The security team is friendly and always willing to help in any way they can. Carlo and Greg work tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly and are always great to talk to. I’ve had no issues with the leasing office and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
