Edit: Now that management has changed to Bianca, I am no longer satisfied with my experience here at K2LA. She has been rude, difficult and negligent to myself and most other tenants that I've spoken to and does not address issues like the elevator being out of order, or the front door of the building randomly unlocking by itself in a timely manner. Teresa really went above and beyond to help me feel safe and comfortable at K2LA :)
