I called to ask a question and a patient answered the phone and gave me her home phone number. I apologized to her and said I have the wrong number. I called back and the next person answered said hello? I had to ask if I had called Princess Ann Health & Rehabilitation Center. Not good!
RecommendedI have been at Springtree for 15 years. They have some of the nicest nurses and other staff here. They give personalized care to all the residents. Administration is also very supportive. I wouldn’t want to be any place else.

RecommendedI would highly recommend Springtree Health and Rehab. Recently a friend of mine fell and after going to the hospital she was sent to rehab at Springtree. We were worried she may not fully recover, but she did! After staying a month at Springtree and receiving phenomenal therapy she returned home in fantastic shape. The staff there are amazing!
