My Mom was here in September for just a couple of weeks for Therapy. She hated it there and said she would not recommend this place to anyone! She had 3 falls in 5 days! The Social Worker told me she would be tested for Coronavirus when she left but the day she left the nurse said “ Oh no why would we test her she is leaving”!! Took my Mom straight to the ER the day she left Birkshire! Her oxygen level was only 86 % and she tested positive for Coronavirus! My Mom passed away a week later!!! All the staff members were excellent. No complaints about anyone or anything. Very impressed with Berkshire. Therapy was good and just what I needed. Would come back here and recommend to everyone.
Ashley, Jaci, April, Yolanda, and Courtney were all very wonderful! Everyone has been great. I've had an excellent stay.
