Genuinely not a fan, however its basically the only one that takes me insurance. I will say its not all the staff members. However the lack of communication is atrocious. They call last minute to cancel appointments frequently. They schedule appointments knowing that the provider won't be. Often they don't even bother to call and you show up you find out your appointment has been canceled. Its a rotation of students as their permanent woman left so your left with a surprise every time. They tried everything in their power to leach as much money as possible from me while ignoring and canceling my relevant appointments. <3
They lie on patients and mentally abuse them. If you say something back they call security to assault you. I would never tell anyone to go to them. It was so scary. I had to call the police because security grabbed me and pushed me.
So I was an excruciating pain and the dentist kept telling me well I think it's this tooth and I kept pointing at the truth I thought it was and she said no no I think it's this tooth which was next to the tooth that I thought it was and so she extracted my tooth saying that it was necessary which it wasn't she took out a perfectly good tooth and left me an excruciating pain for months and now they don't answer the phone or return my calls thanks so much what an awesome place this would be a zero star rating if they allowed ... read more
I know this place for some reason gets a bad reputation, but I think it's just the area to be honest, there are alot of dental places in this city and they provide an invaluable service btw and anyone that's experienced a dental emergency would agree. I have always been treated with kindness and respect at this location, and let me tell you, there is nothing more humbling than tooth pain for anyone who hasn't experienced it so a soft hand is appreciated.
