Be careful using Ellen Johnston's realtors! If you don't mesh with them for whatever reason she'll write the termination of listing so that you're effectively forced to keep your house off the market for 30 days, even if that isn't an option for you! And when you call her to try to explain your situation she says she'll call you back in a couple of hours and then when you wait a full day to call her back she'll send you straight to voicemail! Not a good look!
My experience with Debbie has been the worst out of any leasing agent we’ve dealt with so far on this journey of finding a rental. Which is already difficult enough. I put interest on seeing a home she was the agent for and it took over a week for her to contact me to schedule a viewing of the property. She set the day and time and I made myself available.
