This is my first time writing a review for an agent on a transaction, so he must be amazing. Special to shout out to PJ Parker that was the listing agent on a transaction we closed today. Any seller would be so lucky to have him. He had the house correctly priced for what it would appraise for. He was always quick to communicate and send over documents and always made himself accessible. We had already given him a long list of PICRA repair items which the seller agreed to. Made the mistake of using an agent from this location named Sheri Hovis. Not only was she rude, unprepared, pushy and not even remotely concerned about our home buying experience. She was also a manipulative liar who played the blame game right up until she left to screw over home buyers in another state. Never trust an agent who says "trust me" then disappears as soon as the commission check hits.

your Agent Tanya Barrow is literally the best! we just closed on our beautiful home yesterday and she made it so easy! she is so personable. always happy, always willing to go the extra mile and take the extra steps to ensure peace of mind throughout the whole process. I've never been happier. Tanya is truly a diamond in the rough. she definitely has what it takes to be the best!
