Whomever is answering the phones here is extremely rude. I made an inquiry on Zillow for a property and when I didn’t hear back, I called the number listed on Thursday afternoon. I didn’t expect an agent to meet me that day. The lady on the phone asked if I was from the area, and I said yes. Melinda Marven was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I contacted her in February to potentially sell our house. She came prepared with CMA. Because we were moving before putting the house on the market, timing was uncertain. She dealt with this and kept in touch.
