Never use this company or any property managed by. They do not meet their timelines, abide by their own contract, and basically rent like slumlords I rent a a 3 bath house and only one of the baths actually fully work. Garage been broke for over a month when their own contract says 10 days for repairs. Not responsive and not caring. Never rent from them!

After signing a contract that was a 90 day contract, instead of being told that the contract would renew itself if it was not cancelled in writing. We were approached by friends to by their house, the house was never listed and our agents never knew about the house but when we told them about it they proceeded to tell us that a *% commission was owed to Berkshire Hathaway. I contacted this office and was told it's not black & white and they would not let me out of the contract. i would never use this company for any business... read more
