They run a very strange operation here. Everyone seems secretive, and no one appears to know what’s going on with the available properties. There are not enough good things to say about Amanda Schnepper. We started working with her in October to sell and buy and were so impressed with how well she listened to us throughout the whole process. She never pushed us past our price point, knew our interests and what would be worth looking at, and was extremely responsive to our many questions.
