I would NEVER recommend this company if my life relied on it. We were lied to before move in, so far to the fact that the owner of the property they manage for give us money in return for how unclean the place was at the time of move in. Carson was unresponsive during our year here. Our security deposit was returned after a months time, which is illegal. We forgot to turn off rent for automatic payment so the company had an extra $950. They used this money to charge for cleaning fees and other fees that WERE NOT disclosed to... read more
