If you get Nathan Katus or Bonnie Loya as your listing agent, run as far from them as possible. Completely unprofessional and only tells you what you want to hear after clearly stating concerns with credit and other issues. We were told all we needed to meet were income requirements, even after letters of recommendation, etc. Application processes for houses are disastrous as we were given 3 separate links to apply to one property.
